Mets reliever Scott Schoeneweis was late off the mound and so Delgado had to take the ball to the bag himself. That didn't work so well, because Delgado isn't very fast, and he's not an especially good fielder. Here Furcal rolls over after beating Delgado to the bag on a rolling slide.
