At left in the cream shirt, Scott Boras; behind him, holding a glass of beer in the red shirt I assume is Weaver pére and the blonde to his left in the white top is Jered and Jeff's mom. We actually stumbled into Boras before the game, and he remembered Rich from a conversation they had two years ago at baseball's winter meetings in Anaheim; Rich cornered Boras on the matter of whether it would be better for Weaver to sign and get on with his development or hold out for his dollar demands, a process that would almost certainly end with Weaver being redrafted and falling lower than if he had signed with the Angels in the first place.
