Do you sometimes skip ahead in a dull book? Me, too. I went right past the middle innings, to the end of the game when Edgardo Alfonso jumped out of the batter's box and headed to first on one of his two hits on the day. This was a double that ended up scoring the tying run -- in the top of the ninth.
