It's said that Howie Kendrick's defense needs some work. This photo may or may not be an example of that need. Here Kendrick leaps up to catch a throw to Erick Aybar at short; if he just lets it go through, Aybar can make the catch and maybe tag out Todd Walker, who ended up getting credited with a double.
