Cabrera is the M's 6th rated prospect according to BA, but what does it say when a player not noted for his defense -- Matt Tuiasosopo -- pushes you to second base? Though there are a few sparks (catcher Jeff Clement, for instance), the Mariners' farm system isn't thought of highly at the moment, and I have to wonder whether Cabrera isn't one reason why. He's currently blocked by Yuniesky Betancourt.
