Thick as an oak tree and every bit as mobile, Prince Fielder is the future of this franchise at first. He got a cup of coffee last year in 39 games and acquitted himself well, garnering a .288/.306/.458 line. He'll be the team's starting first baseman this year; BPro says he's "on the short list for obvious Rookie of the Year candidates".
