Joe. Joe is a fixture at Long Beach State games, and, uh, slightly mentally disabled. But he comes out to do his Elvis thing, complete with air-ish guitar and wig, and later in the game, has a trumpet that he "plays" to the tune of "Tequila". Last year, they had a "Joe day", which I'm not sure I recall the point of. But he has fun.
